Terms and Conditions

Effective October 17, 2026

Please read these terms carefully. They explain what you can expect from GLORESEND and what we expect from you.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GLORESEND website, dashboard, Sandbox, APIs and card issuing services (together, the “Services”), provided by GLORESEND (“GLORESEND”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box at sign-up, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and your account

The Services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for personal or household use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and keep it current.
  • Keep your password, two-factor codes and API keys confidential. Store secret keys only on your servers, never in browsers or mobile apps.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys, including actions taken by your team members.
  • Tell us immediately at our contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Business verification and activation

Every account starts in the Sandbox. To use Live services you must complete business verification (“KYB”), which can include your legal name, registration details, beneficial owners, business activity and supporting documents. We may decline, suspend or request more information at any time, including during the relationship.

Once your business is verified, a one-time activation fee of $1,999 is payable in USDT or USDC. Your account is activated after we confirm the payment on-chain. Live access is granted per organization after review.

4. The Services

  • Sandbox: a free test environment. Cards, balances and transactions there are simulated, have no monetary value and cannot be used to pay.
  • Live: virtual (and, where available, physical) payment cards that you can issue to your own customers or employees under your brand, funded from your GLORESEND wallet.

Cards are issued by regulated issuing banks and program partners. Card availability, products, limits and features depend on those partners, the card networks, the countries involved and applicable law, and may change. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, with notice where reasonably possible.

GLORESEND is a technology platform. Unless expressly stated, we are not a bank, and wallet balances are not bank deposits and do not earn interest.

5. Wallet, deposits and funds

  • You fund your wallet by sending USDT (TRON) or USDC (Polygon) to the address shown in your dashboard and declaring the transaction. We credit the amount actually received, minus the wallet funding fee, after checking it on-chain.
  • Only send the asset on the network shown. Funds sent with the wrong asset, network or address may be lost, and we cannot guarantee their recovery.
  • Wallet balances can only be used for the Services. They are not transferable to another account or person.
  • We may hold, delay or refuse a deposit, a card operation or a withdrawal while we complete compliance checks, including a request for the source of funds.
  • You are responsible for the funds you load onto cards and for how your cardholders use them.

6. Fees

Our fees (activation, wallet funding, card issuance, top-ups and any others) are published on our pricing page and in your dashboard. You authorize us to deduct them from your deposits and wallet balance as they become due. Fees may change; changes apply from the date they are published, and we will tell you in advance of material increases.

Fees already charged, including the activation fee, are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Network, blockchain and third-party charges are your responsibility.

7. Your customers and cardholders

When you issue cards to third parties, you are responsible for:

  • having a lawful basis and the necessary consents to share their personal data with us;
  • providing them clear terms, fees and support for the cards you offer;
  • complying with consumer protection, anti-money laundering and data protection laws that apply to your business;
  • never storing or logging full card numbers or CVVs unless you are PCI DSS compliant.

8. Prohibited use

You may only use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other misuse.

9. API use

  • Respect the published rate limits and do not attempt to bypass authentication, scopes or environment separation.
  • Do not probe, scan or load-test the Services without our written permission. Report vulnerabilities through our security contact.
  • We may revoke API keys that are exposed, abused or inactive.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, website, documentation, software and the GLORESEND brand belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your business while your account is active. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from them, except as the law allows. You keep all rights in your own brand and data.

11. Third-party providers

Card issuing, payment, blockchain and compliance services are delivered with third-party partners. Their own terms and eligibility rules may apply to you and your cardholders, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GLORESEND against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or the acts of your cardholders and team members.

14. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access, revoke API keys or freeze cards for security, compliance, legal or operational reasons, or if you breach these Terms.

On termination, outstanding card balances and wallet funds are handled in line with our partners’ rules and applicable law, after deducting fees due and completing any compliance review.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with its effective date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GLORESEND is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any proceeding, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
